Having an appetite for the Word of God is important.
'Delight' means to incline or bend toward a thing or a person; to take pleasure there.
'Meditation' (haggad) means to growl or make a noise; active recitation or speaking the Word of God; reflecting and pondering on the words of scripture.
Meditation on God's Word helps us to better understand biblical principles and teachings. It changes who we become so that we are more like Christ.
Meditation opens a door and path to unceasing prayer and thanksgiving.
There is power in the principles of God's Word.
There must be a consistency of communion and fellowship with God.
Be careful of any influences that might contaminate your soul. Do not let any iniquity be found in you.
